1) Who We Are These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and digital products operated by True Discipline ("we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order or accessing our digital products, you accept these Terms.
2) What We Sell (Digital Products Only) We sell digital products (the Ultimate Life Planner — a Notion-based planner template). No physical goods are shipped.
3) Prices, Currency, Taxes & Fees Unless noted otherwise, all prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Applicable taxes (e.g., VAT) may be added at checkout depending on your location. Your bank may charge currency conversion or international processing fees; we do not control those.
4) Ordering, Payment & Security You authorize us and our payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, and card networks) to charge the total amount shown at checkout. We may use standard fraud tools such as AVS, CVV, and 3-D Secure/Visa Secure. Orders may be declined or canceled if flagged by fraud screening. We do not store full payment card data on our servers.
5) Delivery (Digital Access) Delivery is instant after successful payment via download link and/or email to the address you provide at checkout. If you don't receive the email, check your Spam/Promotions folder. If still missing, contact support@true-discipline.com and we'll resend your access.
6) License & Permitted Use You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Ultimate Life Planner for your own personal use. You may not resell, publicly share, redistribute, sublicense, or claim authorship of the product or any part of it.
7) Refunds & Chargebacks Due to the instant digital nature of the product, all sales are final once access has been delivered. If you experience a technical issue, contact us at support@true-discipline.com and we will do our best to resolve it. Filing a chargeback for a valid, delivered order may result in access revocation.
8) Third-Party Accounts & Requirements The Ultimate Life Planner requires a Notion account (free or paid). Notion has its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for their practices. A stable internet connection and modern browser or the Notion app are required.
9) Prohibited Uses You agree not to:
Share or distribute the product beyond your personal license
Attempt to bypass access controls, scrape, or reverse-engineer the template
Use our brand name, logo, or graphics without written permission
10) Intellectual Property All content and products are protected by copyright and applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except the limited personal license described above.
11) Disclaimer Our products are tools for personal organization. We do not guarantee any specific results. All products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12) Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
13) Electronic Communications By purchasing, you agree to receive transactional emails (receipts, access links, and service announcements) related to your order.
14) Changes to Products & Availability We may update, improve, or temporarily suspend access for maintenance. If a material change significantly impacts access you already paid for, we will notify you and provide a reasonable remedy.
15) Governing Law & Disputes These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. We will always try to resolve any dispute informally within 30 days of you contacting us at support@true-discipline.com. Mandatory consumer protections of your country still apply.
16) Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be posted on our website.
