1) What This Policy Covers This policy applies to digital products purchased from true-discipline.com (the Ultimate Life Planner). We do not ship physical goods; physical returns are not applicable.
2) Digital Products: All Sales Are Final After Delivery Because access to digital content cannot be returned, all sales are final once delivery occurs (i.e., once we send your access/download link). Delivery is instant after successful payment to the email provided at checkout. If you don't see our email, please check your Spam/Promotions folder or contact support@true-discipline.com and we will resend your access. We maintain delivery and access logs to confirm successful fulfillment.
3) Duplicate or Accidental Duplicate Charges We promptly refund verified duplicate charges for the same product made in close succession to the same email. Email support@true-discipline.com with your order numbers and any bank screenshots showing the duplicate charges. Once verified, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
4) Unauthorized Transactions & Fraud If you suspect an unauthorized charge: first contact your bank or card issuer to secure your account, then email support@true-discipline.com with your order number, the email used at checkout, and why you believe the charge is unauthorized. We cooperate fully with your bank's investigation. Access associated with confirmed fraudulent transactions may be revoked.
5) Defective or Inaccessible Content If a file is corrupted, a link is broken, or you cannot access your product due to a technical issue on our side, we will repair or re-deliver access at no charge. If we cannot restore access within a reasonable timeframe, we will offer an appropriate remedy.
6) Price Adjustments & Promotions Prices and promotions may change over time. We do not offer price-matching or retroactive adjustments on prior purchases unless required by law.
7) Taxes, Currency & Bank Fees Applicable taxes (e.g., VAT) may be added at checkout depending on your location. Your bank may apply currency conversion or international processing fees — these are not refundable by us.
